Authors Guidelines

Manuscript Submission 

Authors are requested to submit their manuscript online by using the link "Submit Article" on the journal's homepage to upload your manuscripts following the instructions given on the screen. For offline submission please submit  your article through  email  atpapers@journalserapublications.com. The submitted manuscripts that are not as per the “Instructions to Authors” would be returned to the authors for technical rectification, before they undergo editorial/ peer-review. 

Article Preparation


Manuscripts should be typewritten or prepared on a word processor, with all material double-spaced, on one side of letter-sized paper, with suitably wide margins. All pages should be numbered consecutively, beginning with page 1, the title page. Tables and figures should be numbered serially, and legends to illustrations should be prepared on separate sheets. Tables and figures will be placed near their first mention in the text; all tables and figures must be referred to in the manuscript.

Cover letter 

While submitting the manuscript author is requested to provide cover letter along with the manuscript. This cover letter should include manuscript designation, name of the co-authors if any and full contact details of the corresponding author with office or institutional address, telephone, fax and email address. Corresponding author should pellucidly state the approbation of co-authors for manuscript submission along with any competing fascinates. It is also vigorously exhorted to declare that work is original and not submitted/ published elsewhere with other publishers. Determinately, if this submission is submitted upon the invitation of a Editorial Board member/ Editorial office please provide the details. Author could also include any supplemental information in the cover letter that auxiliary to the Editorial office. We accept manuscripts inscribed in English language only.


Blinded Article file 

The manuscript must not contain any mention of the authors' names or initials or the institution at which the study was done or acknowledgements. Page headers/running designation can include the designation but not the authors' names. Manuscripts not in compliance with The Journal's optically incapacitating policy will be returned to the corresponding author. The main text of the article, beginning from Abstract till References should be in this file. Do not zip the files.

Figure and table requirement: 

All figures or photographs must be submitted as jpg or jpeg files with distinct characters and symbols at 500 dpi (dots per inch). Test your figures by printing them from a personal computer. The online version should look relatively homogeneous to the personal-printer copy. Tables and equations should be in an editable rather than image version. Tables must be edited with Word/Excel. Equations must be edited with Equation Editor. Figures, tables and equations should be numbered and cited as Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, etc. in sequence.

Acknowledgements

Please acknowledge anyone who contributed to the study but did not meet the authorship criteria.

Funding

All sources of funding of the study should be disclosed. Clearly indicate grants that you have received in support of your research work and if you received funds to cover publication costs. Note that some funders will not refund article processing charges (APC) if the funder and grant number are not clearly and correctly identified in the paper. Funding information can be entered separately into the submission system by the authors during submission of their manuscript. Such funding information, if available, will be deposited to FundRef if the manuscript is finally published.

Please add: “This research received no external funding” or “This research was funded by [name of funder] grant number [xxx]” and “The APC was funded by [XXX]” in this section. Check carefully that the details given are accurate and use the standard spelling of funding agency names at https://search.crossref.org/funding, any errors may affect your future funding

References format: 

All references should be numbered in square brackets in the text and listed in the REFERENCES section in the order they appear in the text. Below are some examples:

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis); that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that its publication has been approved by all coauthors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out; that, if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher; that the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holders. Authors sole responsibility for any scientific malfeasance including plagiarism in their research articles. Publisher is not responsible for any scientific malfeasance in any published research article. However as a publisher Journals Era will follow rigorous scientific guidelines and EIC’s advice to retract or erratum of any article at any time if found scientific malfeasance or errors in any articles.

Article Withdrawal Policy 

The articles submitted to Journals Era Publications llc can be withdrawn either by the submitted authors or the publisher. If the withdrawal occurs within 3 days of submission, the author may withdraw the manuscript without paying a withdrawal fee; however, if authors withdraw submissions at any time after review and acceptance, you must pay withdrawal fee.. If the authors wants to withdraw the article, we insist for a signed verbal expression from the all the co-authors to journal’s editorial office via mail. If editorial office/ publisher find any contravention in publishing ethics, guidelines, duplicate submission, plagiarism, etc., publishers holds the right to with draw/ reject the manuscript at any stage of publishing process. 

Refund Policy 

Journals Era Publications will not offer refunds for Open Access once articles have been published/ withdrawn.
